I wanted to give a good review but I just can't. Many years ago they put in a skylight for me so I called them again. I don't know what happened to this business, but it went from good to THE WORST. The owner "BOB" gave me a quote over the phone. Bob has never come to our home to inspect the job or find out if his workers are doing what they should or to have any face to face communication with us or any paperwork whatsoever. He sent a guy over to install the skylight on June 1st. The installer didn't center the skylight in the hallway, and it just looked wrong. After a LONG TIME, Bob sent a guy over to fix it - but now he wants to CHARGE ME EXTRA for that. We have been waiting for someone to finish up the sheetrock. Today is August 26th and still, nobody has called me to make an appointment to finish that job. This skylight has taken almost 3 months and it is still not done. Poor communication, very poor customer service, and Bob charges you extra just to get your job done right if you aren't satisfied. To all of our Law Enforcement and Military colleagues out there, just a friendly heads up, don't call this company.** Update, September 23rd. They FINALLY came and finished this project. JUNE 1 - SEPTEMBER 23RD. That is a LONG time toget one project finished.

Had high hopes with this company but they had almost zero communication with me, left trash everywhere inside the house, filled up my trash cans, and left a fire hazard in my attic. Luckily I’m an electrician and double checked their work for the wiring of the sun tunnel. It was wired completely wrong and they just spliced it in the attic with no junction box which worries me that they’re doing this in other peoples homes without them knowing.
