I first used Innovative Skylights in 2015 for 2 solar tubes in a new build home over the kitchen island. Very professional from estimate to installation. Once installed very rarely used the kitchen lights. Our second experience was in 2020&2021, we had purchased a larger home and installed 2 solar tubes in the kitchen and 2 solar tubes in the main living room. As previously, the service was better than expected, the installers are very mindful of furniture and floors, covering everything. Once they are finished there is nothing to clean. We had some questions about 5 months after installation and Dan and his team quickly resolved our issues. I would highly recommend this locally owned business to everyone!

Innovative installed 3 of the Velux skylights along with a sun tunnel in the new master bathroom in our 2017 renovation project. Best decision every to use the Velux products and to hire this company to complete the job. They worked very well with our contractor and they explained very clearly what they needed the contractor to do so, their work would be successful. Final outcome is beautiful - I Enjoy my sky lights and sun tunnel year round.

Dan was very responsive to our situation-rain coming thru failed old skylights- and as soon as weather permitted they were replaced. Efficient , professional , tidy , and prompt ! Thank you Dan!!!!

Solar tube lights purchased from Innovative Skylights and Attics improved my flat roof house dramatically! I had lighting without electricity and my family and friends enjoyed the light and shadow show that came with windy or rainy days. From installation until years after when I replaced my roof and wanted my solar tubes cared for by Innovative because I didn’t trust the roofers to do it, they were there for me!!! Great company!

The installers were so nice, professional, polite, and timely. They were finished sooner than I had expected. They had answers to all my questions and my house looks GREAT and lit up in all the previously dark areas.Now I’m thinking four Sun Tunnels may not be enough! I got 2 - 14” Sun Tunnels in my kitchen with the night lights, 1 - 10” in the hallway and 1 - 10” in my master closet with a light kit. The 10 year no-leak warranty is very reassuring. These guys definitely know what they are doing and I highly recommend them!

Six replacement skylights from Innovative Skylights and Attics put the perfect finishing touch on our roof replacement. Attention to detail and high quality installment were key to providing us with exactly what we needed. The three shaded skylights for our sunroom will be particularly nice to have during hot summer days. The tempered glass provides a much brighter light than the old bubble plexiglass skylights they replaced. If you are replacing your roof and have skylights, I highly recommend that you look into having Innovative Skylights and Attics get you a quote on replacement skylights.

Innovative Skylights did an amazing job replacing my old worn-out skylights. From beginning to end, it was a positive experience. From dealing with their office personnel to dealing with the installation crew, everyone was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. My skylights are beautiful, modern and adds a wonderful amount of natural lighting to the home. Dan Marshall was very helpful in figuring out my home’s needs and didn’t upsell me and I’ve got beautiful, fully functional skylights at a reasonable price. The installers did a very thorough job and cleaned up very well after. I will definitely use them again in the future for more lights or to work on other natural lighting projects.

We LOVE the new skylight with solar-powered blind that Innovative Skylights installed. We have a 1 story home but a 16 ft. ceiling, so manually closing a blind was out of the question. Plus, the domed acrylic skylight installed a couple of years ago by a roofing company gave us nothing but headaches. We love the quality of the product and installation. We recommend Innovative Skylights to everyone... :-)

This is a wonderful place. A life saver really. I had Harvey damage to my roof. Called them on a Thursday. They had my skylight ready for the roofers on Monday. Home Depot couldn't fill the order for two weeks. Friendly professional services. I highly recommend it. Will buy from them again.
