When I called to request service my request was promptly scheduled. Mike Stefani was my project consultant. He gave me the warmest greeting and was professional in a very positive manner. He did a thorough assessment of my two flat roofs as well as inspecting the whole roof. He presented to me a honest review of the scope of the work, giving me options and suggestions of what would be the best to complete the project. He also identified a problem with my chimney which I appreciated since it could have cause real damage to my home. I received my proposal fully outlining my options and had my contract promptly processed. On the day the work began I was greeted by Tyler Van Scoyk who explained he was the manager of my project. From the start, he was very clear about what was happening and how he would handle the project. He was very professional, and treated me and my home with respect. When the team was waiting for some supplies to be delivered, he asked if I had anything in my house that I would want to dispose of which could be placed in the dumpster. When we were removing a few items from my basement, Tyler noticed a leak coming from my sewage line. If he hadn’t noticed this I would have been in real trouble with a major disaster! He was very attentive to the progress for the work on my roofs. Checking frequently with his team and keeping me informed of the progress. He also followed up to be sure I was able to get the issue I had with the sewer line taken care of in a timely manner. He certainly is an amazing, thoughtful, caring man. I have told my story to many of my friends and will highly recommend your services. I also would like to give the highest possible compliments and recommendations for the most professional individuals I had the pleasure of working with, Mike and Tyler. They are the best!!!!

My experience with G. Fedale has been very positive from beginning to the end especially with Rob who came out and gave us a quote on the project. He was very good at explaining everything from pricing to what is being use to protect our roof for many years to come, etc. Then on the day of the roof installation, Tyler and crew was very good. The installation took a day to complete and I was very please with the way they handle the job and cleaned up everything including our neighbors next to our house before they left for the day. Tyler was very good in communicating back and forth with me on what they are doing and made sure that I was in good hands considering it was a hot day and all. Kudos to these guys. Thank you G. Fedale for having such dedicated great staff on your side.

We contacted G. Fedale based on the strength of their on line reviews to estimate the installation of 9 Velux sky lights on our roof. The estimate was scheduled for the next day and the price was good compared to the other 2 bids we got. The estimate included all the necessary documents to make it easy to get approval from our HOA which is not to be underrated because the required new shingles had to be matched to the existing shingles which are no longer produced. Clearly the estimator Jason, knew what he was taking about.The work was scheduled and performed quickly with a minimum of disruption to our house and neighborhood. Tyler, the person supervising our job is a great communicator and diligent manager. There were no unpleasant surprises on this project. And the installation was well managed. It would be great if these people were hired to replace the roofs of our townhouse community which is scheduled 3 years from now.

Rob O. came out to give us an estimate for a full roof replacement. He was personable and knowledgeable, and was clear and concise with his presentation. I appreciated that he gave us three different options and price points that were more reasonable than quotes we received from other companies. In the process of inspecting our roof he graciously patched a small hole that was caused by a missing shingle. As soon as Rob left I cancelled the other scheduled estimates because I knew that we would use Fedale for our new roof. I had complete peace of mind that they would do a quality job.Ilia did the scheduling and was very friendly and helpful. Tyler V. was our project manager and he did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He kept everything organized so that the job stayed on schedule in spite of rain. The roofing crew worked very hard to get the roof finished on schedule between the rainy days. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I can’t say enough good things about the professional and conscientious employees at Fedale and I highly recommend them for any roofing project.

We had our entire roof (including plywood) removed and replaced, ridge vent and smart vent installed by the North Wales office. They did a fantastic job, all in one day, including cleanup. They took extra care with that due to our having a dog. After about 5 years, we noticed excessive granulars coming off the shingles. Contacted G. Fedale and they told us to contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. When that was done, we contacted G. Fedale again and they were very accommadating with helping us gaher the information needed for the claim, including removal of sample shingles to send back and pictures. We are now waiting for approval from roof manufacturer to have it fixed. Great customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you Justin, Shane and Mickey.

Last February our roof was destroyed by a tree that fell on it during a storm. Not knowing what contractor to turn to in order to make the repairs I posted to our local Facebook community network. Almost immediately Chris Shelly from G Fedale reached out to us about coming to assess the damage. The next day he showed up and did a thorough assessment of the damage and tarped the roof in areas that would leave the inside of our home vulnerable to water penetration. Having no prior experience dealing with having to make an insurance claim on our home, Chris insisted on basically being our liason to Statefarm to ensure they would make us whole on the repairs and not try to fix only the minimal which, of course, they tried to do. To make a long story short, Chris, working with the facts of the extent of the damage, was able to get our entire roof replaced. Once approved, the management of the project was handed over to Tyler, who did an incredible job facilitating the project every step of the way. He came by regularly to check on progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the work and would even stop by after hours with his adorable French bulldog Sully that our kids lived to play with. You guys were absolutely amazing and we can't thank you enough for the exceptional quality and service.

We called the Fedale group when we had leak. They thoroughly evaluated our aging roof and diagnosed the problem, unfortunately we needed a whole new roof. The price was very reasonable and the communication throughout the process was EXCELLENT, led by project manager Tyler VS. The onsite job was UNBELIEVABLY smooth, start to finish was 3 full days. Each day the crew, led by Mike S, meticulously cleaned up (stacking debris neatly in the dumpster). No nails were found in the area after the job was complete and the dumpster was picked up timely. All in, about a pleasant experience, one can have getting a new roof.

One of the worst experiences we’ve had.We chose this company and paid a premium specifically because they offered a warranty and promised quality work. Unfortunately, the roof was installed incorrectly — the flashing was not done properly, and several parts of the agreed scope were never completed.Since the installation, we’ve dealt with multiple leaks over the past year. Water has been running down the stucco walls, causing significant exterior damage. Inside the home, we now have ceiling damage and potential mold concerns as a result.We’ve made repeated attempts to resolve this. The project manager keeps directing us to the office, and the office takes our information but never follows up. Despite multiple calls, we have not received a single meaningful response or solution.Very disappointing experience, especially given the price and the promises that were made. I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution.

Not only did they offer an amazing deal on repairing two chimneys - one of which looked straight out of 1890s London - but they quickly scheduled us since they knew we were planning to sell our home in the next couple of months. Not only do an amazing job with the repair (see before and after photos) but they discovered issues that others did not see. I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters. This work was done under the terms of their $99 December promotion. Their courteous and thorough technician Khazier handled the job and provided me with pictures.

We had our asbestos siding replaced this fall. We had gotten quotes from over 10 different companies and decided to go with Fedale for a number of reasons. Every single person we have talked to has been so kind and responsive, their estimate was very reasonable, their quality of work is exceptional, and they never were pushy while we were trying to decide who to go with. The communication was above anything I’ve ever experienced with a contracting company. For example, they had to start a day late because of weather but they called me immediately to let me know they wouldn’t be there (I had already assumed). Jason was great, he came out and went over all the options and pricing with us. Tyler was our project manager and we really enjoyed working with him! He always answered my calls or texts within a couple hours at the most, despite being busy. Any time there was a question or issue, he was there. It was refreshing to work with someone so down to earth, my dogs loved him as well. We were extremely impressed with the guys who physically worked on the house. They were all very respectful and when I tell you they cleaned up everything, I am not exaggerating. My husband and I laughed because they left our patio looking a million times better than we had before they started We are absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out, it’s even better than we thought it would be! I cannot recommend this company enough! (Ignore the white paint swatches on the brick, I was hoping to paint it and then it got too cold so have to wait until spring!)

This roofing construction experience was very disappointing.The crew did not follow proper installation standards.Several tiles were misaligned.Noise and mess were left behind every day.The roof began to sag slightly in one corner.Attempts to contact them for fixes were ignored.The attitude of the staff was unprofessional.The final result looked unfinished.I regret choosing this service.I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

The overall quality of the roofing job was extremely poor.The team arrived late and seemed unprepared.They rushed through the installation process.Gaps were left in multiple sections of the roof.Water started seeping in after a light rain.Customer service offered no real help.Repairs were promised but never completed.The workmanship was far below expectations.I felt frustrated and let down.Definitely not a roofing service I would use again.

The roofing work done on my property was extremely disappointing.The materials used felt cheap and unreliable.Several shingles came loose within just a few days.When I contacted them, the responses were slow.The workers left debris all around the yard.The roof leaked during the first rainfall after installation.They refused to take responsibility for the issues.I had to hire another contractor to fix the problems.The project cost me more than it should have.I would not recommend this roofing service to anyone.

Mickey completed a flashing replacement where my porch roof meets the house. It was a tricky job due to my stone exterior but Mickey's knowledge and craftsmanship came together for a great finished job! At the same time, we had our chimney repointed by Beau Cremins, a mason who works with G Fedale, and the finished chimney looks great! Mickey communicated with me every step of the way. I am a repeat G Fedale customer (total roof replacement in 2019) and will continue to go to them for my exterior needs.

Had a leak on a corner of my house between the first and 2nd floors. G Fedale had re-shingled my roof a couple years so I called them up to check it out to see if it was warranty work. Micky came out in July and was able to identify the issue (not warranty, but wasps nests behind the siding and downspouts sending water toward the house) and make the necessary fixes. Micky was friendly, professional, and fixed the issues along with a random piece of broken siding. Couple months and a few rain storms later and no new water leaking in thus far. Very happy with the service.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Shane Cotte as my project manager for my skylight install. She was very comprehensive in her analysis of the property and work to be done. I could hear her on the phone working with vendors to ensure all the pieces that went into my install were proper. She was extremely apologetic about an issue with the roof tiles, but that turned out to be entirely my fault. Shane was willing to do whatever it took to make that right. I appreciated her honesty and transparency. In the end, she took good care to ensure the inside of the house was clean and restored to its original state. That was something I thought I had to do!! Finally, she was not happy with the way the new skylites fit into the openings of the old skylites, so she worked to ensure the difference was fixed and prevented me from having to climb up there. Jason was extremely helpful with the insurance process, answering my questions and providing samples to choose the right color for my home. Tyler was a rockstar during the install! Updated Review- In response to G. Fedale's reply:* No warranty options were disclosed, despite G. Fedale's obligation as a GAF Master Elite; President Club contractor to present all tiers, including the Golden Pledge. GAF clearly states that Master Elite contractors are REQUIRED to offer and explain all warranty options. I only recently discovered the Golden Pledge warranty even existed.* The contract mimicked premium warranty terms, but I was registered for the lowest level System Plus warranty- a clear case of misrepresentation.* I'm now replacing my less than 5 1/2 year old roof at my own expense. The findings will speak for themselves.* As for my "behavior"- any reasonable person would be outraged if their roof starting failing within two years and they discovered their coverage was nearly worthless.* When their subcontractor caused damage, they had the audacity to tell to file through MY own homeowner's insurance! When I refused, they shifted the claim to the subcontractor's policy- which was inadequate instead of using G. Fedale's own insurance, despite their claim of full coverage. They outright refused to file the claim through their own insurance.* In October/November of 2019, a GAF representative came to inspect the roof after the job was completed. I had no idea GAF even did that- it was a complete surprise. I was taken back in a good way and thought it showed how much G. Fedale and GAF cared about quality. I didn't know at the time that this inspection was tied specifically to the Golden Pledge Warranty- which I was never given.

Fedale Roofing and Siding were great to work with from start to finish - as with any project not everything went exactly according to expectation and mother nature did not stick to the plan but whatever we identified as issues that needed addressing where taken care of by our dedicated project manager Shannon. She coordinated everything and ensured the project was completed to our liking and not only those items we raised but also those she saw. We had skylights (and roof on that section), siding, soffit, and gutters replaced in January.Mike our project consultant made sure we had the project scoped and priced properly and competitively also giving us great advise. Shannon our project manager kept us informed and over saw and jumped in when needed. I would recommended them and work with them again!

This is the first time that we used Fedale Roofing. Our project was to reseal our sunroom skylights. Mike Stefani came out to Inspect and give us the best solution and quote. The repairs were completed 9/6/23. The technician was Jason and he did an excellent job. Both Mike and Jason were very professional and I would use them again in the future.

Reached out to Mike Stefani for a leaking skylight, and in the inspection found that the damage was due to a falling tree in a wind/ice storm. Working with Mike and the insurance company, our roof was replaced in a very expedient manner. Every concern was addressed in the process and our property was left as it was found. Overall it was a great experience and was especially impressed with their timeliness returning phone calls which is a rarity these days. Was also very satisfied with G.Fedale's responsiveness after a few issues arose and they rectified everything immediately. These guys are the real deal! They are professional, thorough, and on budget! We recently had the aged skylight in our master bath replaced. They made it sound so easy that I was skeptical, but they were so professional that it set my mind at ease. I chose G. Fedale because they were listed on Velux's website and I wanted to have my roof re-done and skylights replaced. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Above all they were very communicative. Every time I called or texted someone got back to me very quickly. When Rob came to do the original estimate he spent a lot of time with me explaining all of the options carefully and patiently. When it came time to do the work Justin was at the house early in the morning before any other workers arrived to make sure the delivery of materials went smoothly and the workers were off to a good start. Rick stopped by multiple times to make sure the work was being done correctly and was very helpful setting up the skylights. Any little hitches along the way were addressed immediately by Justin and Rick and to my satisfaction. Rick gave me a follow-up call after the work was complete to make sure I was satisfied. The main crew boss who was there the entire time was Lester and he did fantastic work and helped the crew do their best as well. I would recommend G. Fedale and would definitely use them again.

This was the first time I had ever experienced getting a new roof and so I was not wholly certain as to what to expect. However, the G. Fedale team made the process fairly easy and professional, guiding me through the steps, setting realistic expectations regarding costs, timeframes, noise and the cleanup process, addressing my concerns and responding promptly and efficiently to any changes, adjustments and unplanned events.Our house is a two-story colonial in Lansdale, PA. The project consisted of a new roof including a replacement skylight, new gutters and gutter guards and new insulation (blown) that either added to the depth of existing insultation or otherwise covered areas in parts of my roof that had none at all. The overall cost was very reasonable and competitive and the crews that showed up were well trained, experienced and professional in their execution. From start to finish, the roof, skylight and insulation took two days while the gutters took about 2 1/2 hours on a separate day (only two days later).I would like to give a shout out to the lead roofer, Juan, and his crew, the foreman (and I believe owner) of the gutter sub-contractor, Ed, and his crew, our Sales Engineer, Jason, and the project management team, Justin and Mike. Thanks all for a job well done!

G. Fedale is an excellent company in every way. I recently had a new roof put on and they were outstanding from beginning to end. They were my second quote, and they came in from cheaper then the first quote that I was also very pleased with. They use the same quality materials and have the same great warranties. They were in constant contact with me, making sure I understood everything, especially the timing of the project. The crew was top notch, working hard to complete things in one day, and cleaning up very carefully afterwards. The project supervisor started with them and even installed my skylight personally. He checked the entire project afterwards, having other workers come to complete small issues that weren't necessarily their responsibility. They wanted to see the job completed well in every aspect. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation!
