This is the third roof I’ve engaged Impriano to complete. I can say without hesitancy the company has maintained its excellence, completing this installation with great care and thoroughness. The process began with a NO PRESSURE visit to prepare the estimate, which also included a discussion of roofing features I did not understand. Then the supplies were delivered according to the timeline provided, and the work began the next day. It goes without saying that the work was completed in one day and I have a beautiful new roof on my home. I am thankful to the crew who work so hard at my house and the quality control that was evident in every step of the installation.

From quotation to installation Impriano lived up to its great reputation. Quote process was collaborative and not pushy. Quote was reasonable when compared to other quotes received. Great communication on deliverables and dumpster. Crew arrived as agreed and worked their butts off like a military operation to replace our roof plywood base and shingles in x2 days. Crew was polite and respectful of our home/plants, etc. Cleanup was strong and timely. Hope another storm does not require us to call on our friends at Impriano ... but if we do it will be Impriano.

My appointment was scheduled two and a half weeks out because the rep was busy. I was told I needed to be there to show the rep inside where my roof was leaking. I requested to be seen in the afternoon. I was told that I would receive a call the morning of with a time and that I would be given an hour notice when the rep was on the way; neither of these things happened. On the morning of, I did not receive a call back when I contacted Melissa at the office but I left work early because I had already a scheduled off. I waited all afternoon in my house with the door open and I didn’t hear from anyone. I happened to go outside and found a business card stuck in the door. Kevin, from sales, service and repair of Impriano, had been there. I called Melissa who had Kevin contact me. Kevin claimed he knocked but left when he didn’t get an answer. He had no response when I asked why he didn’t call. Both Kevin and Melissa were dismissive and short with me during those calls; especially Kevin. Neither apologized or took any responsibility for the inconvenience they caused. Two days later, and I am still waiting on the replacement estimate that Kevin stated that he would provide based off pictures he took while he was there. The only thing that I can say is that I am glad that they showed their rudeness and unprofessionalism before I did any actual business with them.

I learned that I had a hole in my roof! So I called my go-to roofing company, Impriano. They came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and were out within a week to repair it. All the contact employees were pleasant and responsive. I plan to use Impriano for a new roof when the time comes.

Another great experience with Impriano. They’ve helped us with roof inspections, roof repair, flashing, gutter guards and downspout repair. We recently had an old, long downspout fail and Kevin from Impriano came over quickly to take a look at the problem so we could correct it. Then Greg came over a couple of weeks later, as promised and did a nice job of replacing it. Thanks!

Got the job done. That’s the only good thing I’ll say about Impriano and the process we had with them. Terrible communication with Rob and the process to get our permit from the township which was Impriano’s responsibility. However, they did not let us know WE needed to reach out to the coding person to get the installation approved for the skylight. The team then dropped random pieces of wood, and the lovely sign on our front lawn, with no ask the day BEFORE the work was scheduled (which we had to reach out and confirm time, the day before). Then the team canceled on us the morning of installation because of a little rain. The team left an actual mess in our house, did not return the attic door back to its original spot so our cats got in the attic. There were dents made in our newly renovated room due to them storing and working. Probably won’t ever recommend this company to anymore.

Called after noticing water pouring into my closet. Inspected promptly. Recommended replacement as original roof was not done properly. The price quoted was reasonable. Tear off and replacement done in one day. Workers covered everything to avoid damage and cleaned up debris carefully. Fantastic job. Highly recommend!️️️️️

Their salespeople and service techs are punctual and knowledgable. However, they suggested I hire a structural engineer in order to assess a roofing issue, which turned out to be a rafter issue. Our 100+ year old house has a mixture of new and old rafters that causes the appearance of the roof to be unconventional and uneven. I am not sure Impriano could perceive that just from the yard of our property.Impriano's assessment turned out to be inaccurate and hyperbolic regarding the structural integrity of a house I just settled on. I wish they took a little more time to inspect the interior (attic) and exterior of my house before making broad and sweeping analysis.I appreciate the time they spent with me - and I would love to use them for windows, skylights, and even interior roofing repairs that the engineer reccomended, but I am hesitant to call them back as they seemed frustrated with my untraditional situation.

We have a 13 years young roof installed by Impriano.They had copiously put together a glossy folder with their references as part of their otherwise opaque proposal. They sold us an equally glossy bill of goods, one without substance.Their crew leader Archie did not show up until mid day and when we asked why he was not present on the job, the crew chuckled and said he stayed up late the night before partying.The roof began leaking slowly and they blamed it on everything, such as the wall siding, ventilation ( the roof installer is responsible for installing the new roof with adequate ventilation.) The owner’s son Jack who sold us the new roof job, came up with yet, another excuse: “ the technology regarding ventilation has changed since then.”And who’s responsible for proactively correcting this? The roof expert, of course.We got a second leak and this time the water warped the hardwood floors. Again they tried to blame it on our gutters, only to find out that their crew had not cleaned up after their installation and thick clusters of shingle granules had clogged the S-shape spout arm.Of course they did not take responsibility for that either, Kevin is the one the company sends out to silence customer complaints from issues arising due to their installations.Finally the roof leaked in multiple places and we asked Impriano’s assistance to file a manufacturer claim since Impriano had given us a v-e-r-y short labor warranty, in fact the shortest in the industry. Jack showed up again, and this time he blurted in a yelling fashion, yet a new excuse! This time he said he found “some hail damage” and we should take it up with our homeowners insurance!There was no significant present hail damage therefore not the insurance’s responsibility.The shingles were defective and their glue failed in rains. Impriano did a shoddy installation where the flashing connected a sub-roof to the main roof by using a cheap sealant that broke and let water in the house.Jack did not follow up in assisting us with putting together a claim with the shingles manufacturer - a tedious, arduous process - which we undertook ourselves because “he did not think we will win it”.Well we did!So much for all the petty excuses and escapism from responsibility of Impriano company.In our experience as consumers after interviewing countless roof installers and roofing inspectors it became quickly evident that the roofing industry is a very shady business; roofing contractors compete ruthlessly for new business and often they will bid a couple of hundred dollars less to win the contract, only to shortchange the homeowner later on the installation with the quality of their labor and material.Be aware of Impriano, the picture they paint about their”professional reputation” unlike the Chinese saying, is NOT worth a thousand words.We don’t think Impriano is worth even 1 star but Google requires it.

I was referred by a friend who got referred by his neighbor first. Both of them got roof done by Impriano and are satisfied with them. I got estimates from 3 companies and picked Impriano. They are very professional and efficient, good communication, response questions on time. When replacing our leaking roof a company that was straightforward and reliable were paramount. I didn’t want to have to question the quality of workmanship I was receiving. From the estimator Kenny down to the install crew everyone was very kind and respectful of our time and property. The install crew was very prompt on install day and got right to work tearing off old roof and replacing small parts of decking. They only replaced pieces that were needed didn’t gouge us for non needed repairs. They did entire tear off and replacement efficiently and with great craftsmanship. I would recommend Impriano Roofing to family and friends.

I highly recommend Impriano Roofing & Siding. I have used Impriano since the late 1990s, and I have always found that their workmanship is first rate and prices are fair. They are focused on delivering a great customer experience and they are always flexible and very responsive.The initial work I had done was aluminum capping around windows. They also have repaired gutters, skylights, and roof ridges. When necessary, they have corrected work that was done incorrectly by others. There has never been any case where I had to call them back to correct a problem, because they have always done the work correctly the first time.Recently, I had the roof and many gutters fully replaced by Impriano due to tree damage. This was a complex project, and they were very proactive in protecting my property from further damage as the materials were ordered and repair work was scheduled. I also had a small time-window during which work could be done due to my schedule. They completed all work well within the window and honored all of my requests regarding how work was to be done on my property. They executed the work perfectly, handled all administrative requirements efficiently, and fully cleaned up the property. They focused on my experience as a customer and ensured that everyone was professional and responsive to my requests. I accepted all their recommendations for materials and work. The roof now is beautiful and is in a much better position to handle potentially increased storm activity in the coming years. The new roof work was one of the best-executed home improvement projects I’ve ever had in many decades as a homeowner.

Brendan Mallon to Christen and his crew (they removed old roof and replaced with new ) to Vladimir and his crew ( they replaced our gutters) , all did a wonderful job. When they left our house all was clean . All the impriano people were very helpful and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the work they did.

Had the same spot in my roof worked on twice, still leaks. After the 2nd visit the guy said they wouldnt come back except to replace the entire roof. Because its been so dry and the leak only appears during heavy storms I haven been able to check until this week. The leak is still there and now it looks like there's wood damage.

Impriano roofing was fantastic. Jack was out just days after I called to look at the roof and provided a prompt estimate. The team that put the roof on were great as well. They worked fast and did a thorough clean up. Then a team came back later and did an inspection with magnets to ensure no nails were left. It was a great experience. They did a fantastic job on our roof, siding and gutters. Oleg in particular was very hard-working. I would say there were only a few issues we had. When the roofers left, there was debris all over our attic that covered our Christmas decorations and suitcases... had we known we would have removed them from the area first. There were also a few nails on our lawn that were missed during clean-up.

I'm only renting, so I don't know about prices, but all my flowers and my garden fencing were flattened and broken. I was carefully tending some hellebores, some of which I've had for years, and my toad lilies were just about to bloom, but now it all looks barely alive. No flowers. There were tarps so I thought they would protect things, maybe tether the tarps to slide the roof pieces down and keep my things safe, but no. The tarps fell to the ground, there were holes in them, and an entire roof fell on my poor plants. At least one of the men helped me to half repair my broken bamboo fencing the next day when I asked. I appreciated that. But I do miss my plants.The work wasn't too loud though - I've lived in apartments that were louder than this roof work. I could work from my desk and didn't have to go to the basement.

Was referred to contact due to reported good reviews as a company. Do not use if you are "under contract" or waiting to close on your home. They will only work with the current owners of the home and are not a good option for someone who is looking to have a quote and schedule repairs or replacement for roofing prior to your contract closing.*Update - was contacted by one of the employees after this review. They offered to come look at the home and ensured that their policies are for their and my own protection. I have declined to work with them at this time due to the prior difficulties with this transaction. Again, if you actively own the home and are not under contract, this company appears worth the consult.

In 2019 my wife and I looked for a contractor who could completely and professionally remodel the exterior of our 25 year old home. The job scope entailed a new roof; new siding; new windows (not replacement windows); a new front door entry. After reviewing different leading contractors we decided on Impriano Roofing and Siding. Key factors for the decision were the extremely high reviews of Impriano. They are a family owned business with a stellar reputation. Also, Impriano has an integrated relationship with Marvin Windows; Certainteed & Provia. This was key to our decision. We first met with AJ Viscomi who was outstanding. He took his time and really took care to understand our requirements and what we were trying to accomplish. He explained Imprianos people, process and the product technology that Impriano used in providing a complete remodeling solution. I did not just get a roof......I received a roofing system. Very important. AJ really helped us get to a final set of decisions. In particular he was very careful in discussing our window decision. As an example Impriano has a relationship with most of the leading window providers but Marvin represented the best fit for our requirements. Replacement windows, which they can do, are not always the right solution.....sometimes a completely new window install is the right way to go. Thankyou AJ for helping us make all the right decisions for our project. All of the roofing; siding and window install teams had considerable expertise. Very specialized teams. I would like to especially call out Eric Impriano who was in charge of the entire implementation team. He was amazing in his thoroughness and caring about getting the job perfect. He worked with all of his specialty leads who were also amazing to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied. A special call out to the window install team. To put in new windows they needed to have exceptional carpentry skills to make sure the fit was perfect and finished. Not an easy job. The gentleman who did all of the measurements for the windows nailed it perfectly. These are all critical components to getting the job done right. Imprianos back office also did a great job in making sure my wife and I were aware of what would be happening and when it would happen. Very important for all the product deliveries etc. The billing was also expertly handled. Never any surprises. One other thing, they did a terrific cleanup job and didn't damage any of our landscaping. I would absolutely highly recommend Impriano as a remodeler. We are completely satisfied.

I worked with Jack to replace my roof after it sustained substantial storm damage. Jack and his team were very detailed, and took the time to walk me through all of my options, costs, etc. Every single person I dealt with was polite, professional, and responsive, and the job started and completed ahead of schedule. Crew arrived by 7:15 AM and worked really hard and so efficiently all throughout the day. By 7:00 PM, our entire roof had been replaced and it looked great! The men were such great workers. Thank you.

One year later we have 2 leaks in our roof - they trashed our gutters during install, and they will not return phone calls or come out for service to fix the issues. These guys are the best if you want a worse roof than the 20 year old one your had before. We ended up having to use another company to resolve the issues. Waste of money and time these people are a joke and I will make sure everyone I know, knows.

Very nice company to deal with. Everyone to whom I spoke was super friendly and helpful.Any and all questions were answered quickly. Always got an answer for me. I was not only impressed by their price but also the quality of their work and the care they took in protecting my home from the debris falling from the roof. They took extra care in protecting a car on the driveway that could not be moved at the time. A neighbor commented to me that he had never seen a roofing company protect a house from debris the way Impriano Roofing did. When the work was finished except for the new roof, you could not tell that they were there. No debris, no nails and no trash of any sort. I would highly recommend Impriano Roofing and Siding to anyone needing work. I certainly would use them again if the need arises.

when calling to get a quote you get a call center that cant even schedule you, then tell you someone will call you, 2 hur later they tell you that you have to pay 150$ before they even get the job or come look at the job, then tell you they do not do commercial buildings

The Impriano folks did an outstanding job of installing our new roof, gutters, and downspouts. All work was done exactly as expected, and at the price quoted. Clean-up upon completion of the job was thorough and professional. Our new roof makes the house look new, and many people who walk by have commented about how great it looks. We highly recommend Impriano without hesitation.

When called for estimate (they did reply very quickly) - was told it would cost around $300 to get estimate and diagnose the problem, they did say that would be applied to the roof repair. But if you do not chose them, you are out that money. For small repairs that need just a bit of caulk or whatever they use to seam - they are not the ones to call. I did not use them for my repair as it was was a small one and not worth it. Another roofing company in the same area came out for the estimate and fixed it then & there for less than Impriano Roofing's estimate charge.

This is the second time I have had work done by Impriano Roofing and siding. They very professional, extremely neat and always timely. Greg was wonderful and helped me arrange a siding warranty and then they removed the old replaced then new siding. He made the process easy. The second job they They also replace a single window. No job to small or large they are a great family owned business and treat their customers as if they were part of the family.

I had wind damage and was informed I needed a new roof. I interviewed no less than 15 roofers. I went with Impriano Roofing because their price was one of the most reasonable and also because Jack took his time to explain the process. He was also one of the few roofers who actually went up on the roof to see what was going on. He had done work for my in-laws and I knew the quality of their work was good. I am so pleased with my beautiful new roof and thankful to Jack and the rest of the folks at Impriano for making it such a smooth process.

This is a truly professional operation; every aspect of the work appeared seamless. If I had a complaint it is that I was unprepared for the debris underneath the skylight. The office staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend the company to anyone.
