Fasten Pro was recommended to us and we have been working with them since 2008. They fixed the roof where we had ice dams and replaced all of the skylights in our house and solarium. Over the years, they have been honest, responsive, and reliable. Recently, they spent a lot of time working with us to solve a complex problem. When other companies might have given up, Fasten Pro came up with a creative solution that solved the problem. These guys are doing great work. We've used Fasten-Pro since moving to Ohio in 2009. When we first moved in, they installed gutter guards and replaced two skylights. Last year, they replaced our roof due to storm damage from hail.Every interaction I've had with Ray, Mary, and anyone else on their crew has been professional, courteous, and pleasant. They are scrupulously honest, work quickly and carefully, and take great care not to damage our landscaping etc.Just now I called because part of a downspout had been damaged in a storm. Mary remembered our house, knew what the issue was, and promised she'd have someone out to fix it asap. You can't ask for better service from a contractor. I have recommended Fasten Pro to family and friends and everyone has had the same great experience.
