The company installed a skylight for me. It was a fairly difficult project but they handled it well. They kept coming back until I was satisfied and did extra work that was not in the original quote at no extra charge. My experience is that they put the customer first.

Mr. Dumford and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The lady who answered the phone was wonderful and said that Mr. Dumford could come out a few days later and he got here on the right day at the right time. I had him come out to quote me on a skylight replacement to fix or give to new homeowners ( we were selling at the time) and he was very honest, professional, and genuinely nice. He gave me a reasonable quote that day and we ended up selling the home a few weeks later. Two weeks before the move out date, the old skylight started leaking due to weather, so I called Mr. Dumford and he was able to fit me into the schedule as soon as he could. The employees got here on time, but due to weather, needed to wait it out for a bit so that the rain and snow didn't come into the house. As soon as it stopped, they went to work, got it done in a few hours and the gentleman told me they needed to repair something they mistakingly broken and I truly appreciated that. I give Mr. Dumford and his team 1,000 stars!
