New York Skylights Installers

It was a pleasure working with Dan White, Chris Smith, John and George of New York Skylight Installers. They installed a 12 foot, half-round skylight in my parents’ home. It was a large task which going to take two days. But they completed the project under one day. And they were on time and they provided great communication throughout. Chris Smith was very professional and efficient during the initial measuring appointment which took place two months prior to the installation. The team also removed the old, shattered, half-round skylight that was there previously. They cleaned up after themselves, including taking away the old broken skylight and pallettes. Had a very unfortunate experience with Dan at New York Skylight Installers.Spent hours with him explaining a simple project, for which he sent a proposal, but when my condo board asked for a more detailed description of the job to get final approval, Dan was unprofessional and rude. Unacceptable to communicate with clients in this manner.Do not recommend for someone who is looking for a partner that will be helpful and get the job done. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
