I have never been as impressed with a contractor as I was with Skylight. Orlando and the entire team were outstanding. From the initial presentation of their proposal to replace my roof through the planning and scheduling, to the execution of the job everyone was professional and extremely attentive to the details that make a job like this an example for others to follow. I have never experienced quality and service like this. They are, in my opinion, simply the best!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional roofing contractor, and I can't speak highly enough of their services. This team is the epitome of good people – courteous, professional, and genuinely dedicated to their work. They were incredibly fast yet maintained an unwavering commitment to quality, completing the project well within the expected timeframe.They took care of my house like their own. I highly recommend this contractor to anyone wants to do roofing, skylights, or even sidings. They are just amazing!

Skylight recently replaced our roof and our experience was fantastic. Orlando was in charge of the project and we appreciate his professionalism. He took time to explain the entire process, recommend options, made value added suggestions and was always available to answer questions. His team did a thorough job including the post work clean-up. This is our second experience using Skylight Roofing & Restoration and we continue to be very pleased. Mauricio provided us with an estimate for our master bathroom skylight replacement. He was prompt, courteous & professional. Orlando, Onix, & Chris arrived for the installation. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Orlando explained the steps involved with the installation and answered all my questions. Karla also needs to be commended for her friendly & courteous customer service. Great experience with Skylight Roof & Restoration. They have been replacing many roofs in our neighborhood and they seemed efficient. From my initial contact in scheduling an estimate all the way through to the work being completed, they were always professional and very responsive. Jazmin was a pleasure to work with along with Mauricio and Karla. I highly recommend them.

My roof was installed by Skylight123. They were sloppy at times but they won me over and replaced what they broke. I gave them several referrals because of that. Now 8 months later I had a major leak in March of this year. I couldn't get them to respond for almost 1 month. I called and texted Mauricio 20x and not a single call back. I also called the office and they canceled 3 appointments via email 20 min before they were supposed to arrive. The only thing that got their attention was a complaint to the BBB and GAF Warranty. When they came they found a section was poorly installed and quickly replaced. All in all they respond quickly until they get your 20k. This took 1 month to resolve and unacceptable when gallons of water poor down your wall in Spring.

Mauricio showed up on time, and walked me through the roof system, and gave me the quote. No pressure. He was patient with my questions and quick to respond. The roof was installed in 1 day, and everything went perfectly. This demonstrated that Mauricio has a tight process because 2 more parties have to show up at the right time (the supplies' truck, the dumpster truck). I am pleased with the results. I have referred Skylights to my friends. They are happy as well. Keep up the good work, the world needs people like you Mauricio.

I have nothing but high praise for Mauricio and his crew. Our job included a roof replacement, replacement of 4 skylights and the installation of 2 solar tunnels. From our initial meeting which included a video inspection of our old roof through job completion with a final video of the completed roof, the process was smooth, the crew was professional and the result was excellent. When the crew left our property, it was cleaned inside and out as though no work had taken place. The gutters were adjusted as Mauricio had promised and no longer leak. I've worked with many contractors and 2 roofing companies in the past and this was an excellent experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I found Skylight123 a Signature Skylight Specialist on the Velux USA site. they had the highest rating ( 5) in NJ. I needed an urgent skylight replacement as my old skylights were leaking badly with the heavy rains we had recently in NJ. The skylights were about 25 years old. Skylight123 was extremely accommodating; they added me as an emergency visit to their busy schedule ( thank you Karla!) and Mauricio came and inspected the roof and the skylights in my kitchen. We decided on the model and he made it possible to have the installation within a few days, just in time to avoid the new round of fall rains. The price was fair and the work was impeccable. They left the place ( inside and outside) cleaner than they found it. The skylights and the roof around it look amazing. Skylight123 and Velux offer 10 years warranty on the work and product.I would recommend Skylight123 with enthusiasm to anyone who needs their expertise. They are extremely qualified, professional, accommodating and straightforward. In my experience, these are rare qualities these days. I am HAPPY to have found them! THANK YOU !PS: I would also like to mention here the extreme usefulness of the Velux USA virtual consultation service that can be booked straight from their website. Great experience with Orlando from quote to completion of project. He was very professional, detailed oriented, patient and on time. We compared 2 other roofers and he was the only one spending a time (2hrs) in taking lots of photos of the old roof, gutters, skylight windows. He thoroughly explained to us what the conditions were and what his recommendations would be. He said our gutters are still in good shape so we could wait a few years if we maintain them well. We ended up having our roof and skylight windows replaced. The crew was so efficient and hardworking. We were impressed by their work and have recommended them to our friends.

Karla was a joy to deal with. She kept looking for a timeslot that will work for me. We exchanged emails a number of times and she didn't stop until an appointment is set. She notified me ahead of time of a change to the scheduled time which worked for me as well.Mauricio came by to look at the roof leak issue. He was honest enough to tell me that I need a plumber to fix the issue and not a roofer, that my roof looks good and that there's flashing where some other roofer told me there was none. He cared enough to warn me that leaves are collecting in the vent and I need to have it fixed as soon as possible.I'll keep them in my list of companies to call in case I have any roofing or skylight needs in the future.

Everything was very professional from the fist moment Orlando stopped by and discussed options and contingencies for the roof replacement. The replacement was done according to the schedule and the costs were exactly as planned. The installation team was excellent and both did a high quality job and left the yard as they found it. One important element in the selection of Skylight was Orlando's help in connecting and coordinating with a partner company to remove and reinstall the existing solar panels.

Orlando and his team were professionals from the moment he presented Sky Light Roofing to us. He showed us our old roof ( 24yrs old) , gave us a sharp price including new skylight windows. We have had other roofers give us estimates to take our old roof down and replace it with a new one. Skylight Roofing went up on the roof took pictures and explained everything to me and my husband. They did not pressure us, they truly put us first. When the crew showed up, they waited to make sure they were not starting to early. They tarped our house prior to removing the old roof, they made sure every thing was covered. They worked systematically, their process was amazing to watch. Elvin explained everything they were doing. Unfortunately we needed to replace some roofing, they took pictures of the bad wood, and when they brought it down they showed us. They are awesome, we have the correct under layment, drip edge, frost guard and flashing. I have never felt so confident in a company, as i did with Skylight Roofing. We highly recommend them. Their prices are great, their staff are hard workers, and they truly care about the quality of work they are doing.

My experience with Skylight 123 was fantastic. Mauricio provided an estimate quickly for a skylight replacement. When inspecting the skylight, he voluntarily caulked a larger crack, temporarily fixing the leak until the new skylight would be installed. This was a custom window installation , so he made me aware it could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. That estimate was accurate. Karla (office manager) called to schedule the appointment. 5 days later, the skylight was installed. Following the installation, Karla followed up to determine how the installation went. Just had a huge rain storm, the skylight works great. Mauricio, Karla, and the crew are the best. Couldn't be happier with their effort. Would recommend then for any roof, gutter or skylight work.

We had a good experience with Skylight. The customer service was excellent. I submitted a request online and was immediately contacted. Set up an appointment quickly. A printed quote was given to me right away at the time of the visit. I made a change later that day to add blinds in the skylights and a new quote was immediately sent out.I was told 2 to 3 weeks for them to get the skylights. I emailed for a status about 2.5 later (last Friday) and was told the windows had arrived that day and they wanted to know if they could install on Monday.They came on time and finished the job in about 3 hours. Part of the seam inside the house within the skylight box pushed away from the wall. I told Alex about it and he grabbed a ladder and some caulk and fixed it up without question.Blinds work nice and quiet by remote control. Was bit pricey but probably worth it.Very friendly people. Highly recommended.

They communicated with you from start to finish. We had a professional team install our skylight. They were neat and disposed of all discarded materials. No cleanup was necessary by home owners. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to all.

I have dealt with quite a number of construction companies for additions, roofing, plumbing and electrical. Mauricio and his crew outshines all the others. Complete and total professionals with expert knowledge of roofing and skylight replacement. They actually made the other skylight and roofing company recommended to me look like amateurs. Mauricio returned my initial call almost immediately and as a true gentleman kept all appointments on time and intelligently answered all my questions without trying to force me into a contract. All the workers were highly skilled and aimed to please. They cleared all debris when job was completed. I do not hesitate recommending them.

We had a skylight and sun tunnel installed. Mauricio was highly responsive and committed to doing the job correctly. When we pointed out that the skylight appeared slightly crooked, Mauricio sent his crew back the following day and fixed the problem with no questions asked, complaints, or any hint of resistance. This was no easy fix as it essentially required tearing up all the work from the previous day and doing it again. He said that as a 5 star installer he is fully committed to making his customers happy, which he proved by his actions. We are fully satisfied with how Mauricio handled the situation and with the perfect results. Thank you!

The Skylight Roofing and Restoration team replaced an old skylight for us recently with a new Velux skylight. This company was on the short list of recommended installers on the Velux website for my area. Mauricio was very responsive to texts, phone calls and email. The bid from Skylight was extremely competitive and included some interior work so that it would look seamless. The team was very polite, they cleaned up behind themselves and the workmanship appears to be very good. My experience was very good and I would definitely use them again

Skylight Development Group literally saved our vacation! We were on the road last week when we heard our skylight had shattered. Mauricio, Antonio and their crew did a phenomenal job installing my new roof and skylights. After careful examination of multiple roofing quotes, it was clear that Skylight was providing superior roof underlay materials, superior warranty, all top quality GAF branded materials at a competitive price. Skylight will not be the cheapest but if you ask the right questions from lower priced contractors, the difference in price becomes more obvious. Installation went smooth and professional. The installers showed up on time and stayed till dark and completed my roof in 2 full days. They took care to protect my windows, siding, and decking during installation. They took time to remove siding to install corner flashing (a step most roofers tend to ignore reusing existing flashing to save time and $$s). Cleanup was meticulous, they went around the house multiple times looking for nails during cleanup. Overall, a job well executed. I would highly recommend Skylight Roofing.

My husband and I would highly recommend this Skylight Roofing Company. We were originally impressed with the owner's (Mauricio Saenz's) reasonable estimate to replace the rather long roof on our house. The workers came on the days promised--and came on time. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up well at the end of each day. Mauricio was friendly yet very professional; and he definitely went out of his way to address any questions or concerns that we had. Even his sub-contractors that installed new liters and gutters and did some inside ceiling touch-up, were very careful and thorough. Everything looks beautiful, and we are very satisfied with the entire job.
