I bought a flipped home and discovered that 3 out of 4 skylights were leaking causing damage. I heard about RCG Group but was hesitant since I couldn’t find any reviews. Once I discovered he knew my coworker, I felt better and contacted Brian for an estimate. Another company quoted me over the phone and would not come out to my house during COVID. Brian came out to my home within two hours to provide me an estimate the same day — which was under half of the what the other company quoted. He also walked me through the catalogue and options. He told me it would take a few weeks, but then ended up contacting me less than a week later to say that an opening came up and he could do it the next day. He apologized for the last minute notice, but no apologies were needed! I was extremely grateful he saw an opening and offered it to me knowing my current situation was causing potential damage to my new home. The skylights were installed in under 4 hours and they’re beautiful. I would highly recommend Brian and his team for your skylights. I’m so glad I hired him and wanted to put up this review so others could know this is a solid, responsive, and professional company.
