I am pleased with my new Velux Sun Tunnel installed by Natural Home Lite. Samy Jr. is very knowledgeable about the product and explains the installation process to make sure you are aware of what the outcome will be. He is very professional and very punctual. Whenever I contacted him with any questions, he was always prompt with a response. That was very important to me. During the installation, he patiently addressed my concerns and appeared to really care about if he had answered everything to my satisfaction. I would have liked an opportunity to preview different diffuser options right after the installation, but at least those options were explained to me. I am glad I went with this company and look forward to enjoying my sun tunnel for many years to come. Thanks Samy!

My kitchen was very dark, and had to have artificial lights on all day, regardless of the weather outside. Natural Home Lite installed 2 tube lights, and the difference is amazing. The gentleman was efficient and professional, and the entire job took only 2 hours. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them again for my next project.

Wow, Wow, Wow what a difference these sun tunnels make! Our kitchen and living room were smack dab in the middle of our home with no way for natural light to stream in. We had to have lights on all day long. Samy Jr installed 3 - 14” tunnels for us and what a HUGE improvement! We no longer to flip a switch or turn on a lamp during the daytime. These are wonderful additions to our home! Samy Jr is very professional, polite, punctual and great at his trade work! 3 tunnels done in less than 6 hours! Highly recommend!

Two years ago Natural Home Lite put in two sky tunnels in my kitchen. First I highly recommend this company and the sky tunnels. They did an excellent job with installation and the light in my kitchen is amazing. It totally changed the feel of the space. Just recently I had a few bugs getting into one of the tunnels and I called the company and they came out quickly. Samy was excellent and went over and beyond taking care of my situation. He even clean my diffuser for me. My second experience with this company was as good as the first. My home has four skylights that will eventually need to be replaced I will definitely use Natural Home Lite.

Wow!!! That was our reaction after our new skylight was installed today! Samy is THE BEST!!! He was up on the roof working when he texted my husband roof damage caused by a previous leak and a bad repair job. He said he would repair it. Boy did he!!! We are grateful for Samy and his honesty and hard work. He had to remove and replace. Lot of shingles and he knew we had dogs and collected all the nails in his pouch to keep our dogs safe. So appreciate that! We highly recommend Samy!!!

I was experiencing a small leak in my Velux skylight and decided to call Natural Home Lite due to they are a certified installer in the Velux website. I appreciated that the salesman, Lars, was not pushy and offered options(Repair & Replacement). I chose to repair and will replace next year. Our family had two skylights replaced with Natural Home Lite and the experience was seamless, from the sales team to the installation team. We want to especially thank Alex and Christopher, our installers, for an excellent job. They are knowledgeable, tidy, quick, timely, and so easy to talk with, thank you both! The quality of the product versus the cost is also great! The standard skylights come with an easy to use remote control to raise and lower the included shade. The vented skylights come with a remote control, shade, and screen to keep critters out.We would use them again for sure.

The original shades were installed by someone other than representatives of Natural Home Life. Velux referred me to NHL. Lars explained the solution and how it would be handled and when to expect the new shades to be delivered. Alex arrived at the designated date and time and did a beautiful job correcting the problem. Our bathrooms were built with no windows. Having experienced a solar tunnel while we were living in Texas, I knew we needed one of them in each bathroom. Their representative came to our house, checked our requirements and the accessibility for the tunnels, and quoted a great price! Once we were approved by our HOA, the installers were scheduled within days and completed the job in 4 hours!! They were very professional - the installation went smoothly and they were very respectful of our property, as well as thoroughly cleaning up all debris when they were finished. I would strongly recommend this company.

The first company I contacted claim they could not install my light due to my attic construction. Alex came out, not only only installed the light but the price was also lower. Can't say enough about the whole process from quoteto completion all within a couple of days. We are very happy with the light and it really adds to the remodel of our bathroom. These are the guys to call if your considering a tube or skylight.

Lars and his team are true professionals. I've had my skylights installed for 25 years and was having issues with one of them. They came into my home and found the issue right away and it wasn't nearly as "bad" as I had thought. I wasn't pressured into buying a new one, but rather was told what I needed to have done and that my skylights were in great shape for their age! I was overjoyed. Total pros from my first phone call with Mark, in home consult with Lars thru the install was a great experience. So pleased with my decision to use them. The install guys were pros, and you couldn’t even tell they were here because of the detailed clean up with exception of the huge difference in the light in my kitchen. The experience with this company was Fabulous! We knew we had to replace 3 skylights and from the moment we called the whole process was exceptional. Mike came and analyzed, measured and explained why our old ones needed to be replaced. There was no pressure whatsoever. Velux is a great product. Alex and Dennis installed the skylights. One was 4' by 6' on the second story! They worked all afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this company. Please give them a call if you are considering new skylights. Just had a Solar Tunnel installed in our home and the result is amazing! It was so dark in our kitchen but now we are lit up! David, the technician who installed it, called the day before, the morning of the install and when he was 20 minutes out. He informed us exactly what he was going to do and did it perfectly, and under his estimated time to complete the project. Great work!

I needed to replace old and leaking skylights. I researched several companies and the only one who actually knew anything about skylights and returned my call was Natural Home Lite. Mike was on time and took great care to explain the process to me. The installer was such a hard worker and was very respectful of the property. He completed the outside portion of the three skylights in one day and only needed a couple of hours the next day to finish the inside work. He was also very helpful in explaining the remotes and workings of the motorized blinds. I am so pleased with the skylights and am able to say goodbye to leaks and ceiling damage. I am also able to take a tax write-off next year.You will not be disappointed in using a company that knows their product as well as Natural Home Lite.

I hands down recommend Natural Home Lite. I got several quotes to install a couple sun tunnels, and they were not only competitive, but the quality of the work was excellent. The installer was able to accommodate a challenging installation for one of the locations where I wanted it. After reviewing the placement options, I proposed a revised option based on all the variables involved, and the installer made it work. Both sun tunnels look great. Give them a call!

Ali, Mike, and his installation team never missed a deadline. They did what they said and even went above those expectations. We Love our new new Velux Sun Tunnels! We installed 3: 2 in the great room and 1 in the master bed room. They have exceeded our expectations and well worth the money, especially with Home Show discount we received from Natural Home Lite. They were a good family owned business to work with and the installers were great. They clearly knew their stuff, explained their install process at the beginning of the day and kept us updated at each step. They also took great care of keeping the house clean as they worked. Their skill and workmanship is top-notch...you would never know they opened up our roof, took out our old leaky skylights, and installed beautiful new ones! Natural Home Life installed 3 sun tunnels for us - two in the family room and one in the kitchen. We were very pleased with the pleasant professionalism of everyone involved, everything was completed in 6 hours, and we love the end result.Rarely do we need to turn a light on during the day! We also love the solar night-lights that we had installed - the amount of light produced by the night-lights is amazing - it has the look and feel of moonlight pouring through the sun tunnels.Thanks Natural Home Lite Team - we'll enjoy your work every day and night until the day or night we go home to meet the Maker of the sun and moon, or until we sell our home (which ever comes first!)-JKH

I can’t say enough good about Natural Home Lite and their product!!! A gentleman named Alex came out and explained the solar light system thoroughly... down to every single detail. We chose to have three installed (two in our living room and one in a hallway). The installer, Mark, came in at the appointed time (on time) and set up to work, being very cautious to cover everything. He left NO MESS for us to clean up- nothing! Our living room is so much brighter and our hallway requires no lights to be used. Unbelievable how much light these put out. WE ARE VERY PLEASED !!! Money well spent and a tax credit “to boot”... !!

We love our new skylight tubes - installation was fast with very little dust. The installer was professional, friendly, and efficient. The price was competitive AND there is government energy credit until the end of the year! (2019) All in all, a great experience.

We have hired Natural Home Lite on two occasions and have been so happy with their work and the overall experience that I've no doubt we'll be hiring them again. The first time (in 2017) we had them install a solar tube in our bathroom. The difference was amazing and the work was great as we've had no issues with that at all. Last year (2018), after meeting with them and going over various option, we had them install 3 skylights. For this job we feel the company went above and beyond as the two employees who did the work came up from Charlotte and spent the week in Greensboro. They were great with our children and did excellent work. The skylights completely brightened up the rooms and perhaps most telling - in the four months after the work was done two hurricanes & a huge snow storm came through and there have been no issues whatsoever. The owner even called us before the first hurricane to let us know they stand by their work and that if there were any issues we should let them know.

Natural Home lite did a great job replacing a broken skylight for us. Mike was on time and courteous for the estimate. He gave us a great price (we shopped around) and was very knowledgeable. The guys that did the installation were also on time and very neat. We’ve had it for several months now and have had no issues. I would definitely hire them again!

Natural Home Lite did an excellent job of replacing multiple skylights that were 30 + years old. We really like Mike who did our estimate and plan. The new skylights look great and they are high tech with solar operated blinds that close and open automatically. We are more comfortable and our AC bills are down. The installation team was great, arrived on time and generated amazingly little debris in the house. They had laid out plastic before they started and we barely needed to vacuum afterwards. They added a tubular skylight that really brightened up a darkish bedroom. All now tested by torrential wind driven rain. Yes. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

These guys were perfect! If you are looking for Skylights or suntubes Mike Towsends team are THE ones to hire. Mike arrived on time to go over what we wanted and provided brochures showing the options open to us. He provided good impartial advice as to size and positioning. He sent us examples if his previous jobs that specifically highlighted points raised during our meeting. Once my partner and I decided to go ahead Mike provided us with a line by line estimate (no mystery lump sum quotes here). The date for work to begin was set. A couple of days before, Mike emailed us reconfirming the start date and time. On the day his two man crew arrived. Alex took time to review the plan with me and ensure nothing had changed. Then he and Dennis lined out where the skylights were going and got the final ok from me.The guys worked cleanly and professionally throughout the duration of the two day installation. They both went that step beyond to ensure the job went smoothly and with the least impact to our household.Near the end Mike showed up and checked with me that all was well.Once complete Alex went through the remote for the blinds with me and checked with me that we were happy. We are both thrilled with the results and with the execution of the entire project.My partner says she would not hesitate in hireing Mike Towsends crew for future projects which is praise indeed. We have hired so call “professionals” before and been less than impressed, but these guys are by far the best by a long way (we wish they could do all our projects :) ).
