They replaced our roof in essentially one day, then returned the following morning for a few hours to finish the remaining details and complete a thorough cleanup. Their crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property, leaving our home and yard in impeccable condition.They also went above and beyond by replacing some rotting fascia at no additional charge, securing a loose floodlight, and promptly replacing a gutter that was accidentally damaged during the work—without hesitation or complaint.The quality of their work and level of professionalism were outstanding. Had work done to my roof a few months back before I could occupy the property. They did great work at a great price. Months after work was performed my OCD got the best of me on one area where the shingles coloring wasn’t blending as well as I liked. They showed up, fixed it, no questions asked. Elite roofing was great to deal with. I got 4 quotes from 4 other companies and they were the only ones that I did not feel was trying to take advantage of me. The work quality was good and they were honest and forthcoming with roof repairs. I will do business with them in the future. If you are looking for a roofer look here first.

I called them to fix a small leak in the roof. Mike contacted me, sent his guy out to check it out. They gave me a quote. After the cold weather season and rain passed, they contacted me again, and were ready to go- but hard time fell on me and I couldn't spend any money- on anything. Mike understood, and didn't charge me for material he had purchased specifically for my job. Thanks Mike, seriously.

As a retired law enforcement officer from this area, I am very hesitant to give reviews unless they are truly deserving. After such a pleasant experience and superb customer service, I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing. When my roof first developed a leak and I was on vacation 3 hours away, I called them and they made it a priority to come out to inspect, locate, and seal the leak. Juan kept me informed while also making me aware of previous hail damage. Juan even came out and met with my insurance company representative.When I met with Margaret and Mike at their office, they were both very helpful and knowledgeable which streamlined the process from shingle selection to explaining the installation process.On the installation date, the employees showed up early and laid large tarps all around the perimeter of the house, even covering the windows and screen door with plywood to protect them during the removal process. Within 8 hours, they had completed installing the shingles and removing all the debris.Afterwards, I did have some minor damage to a gutter rain deflector and some sections of aluminum fascia and I made Adam aware of it. He promptly made sure they were all replaced and that I was completely satisfied with their work.Throughout the entire process everyone I encountered at Elite Roofing went above and beyond to make this a positive experience. I'm very pleased with the work that Elite Roofing did on my house. Tony Jr and Tony Sr were very pleasant to work with. I felt like a fish out of water dealing with this at first, seeing this is my first home. They made it very easy, and I spent less money than I expected, plus I got 50 years shingles too! I have nothing but praises when it comes to this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone else in the area that needs a new roof or roof repairs. The crew that came to my home were very professional and worked fast. I love the way the new roof looks. They also found a few holes in the roof, and repaired them for me at no extra charge. A++++ . Antonio's crew was in a word AMAZING.They arrived right on time with a crew of about 20. It was like a swarm of worker bees, they went right to work, removed our old roof, replaced with new in about 8 hrs. When they left, you could not tell they had been there. The price was very competitive and they have a nice showroom where you can go to select the perfect shingle and color. Tony was great there. HIGHLY recommend.

Elite installed my new roof a few years ago. They showed up when they said they would, did an awesome job and were very professional. Did an excellent job cleaning up, if it weren’t for the beautiful new roof, you’d never know they were there. Tony Jr. was extremely helpful and worked hard to give me the best service and pricing possible. Big big plus is that in some recent heavy windstorms, I had an issue with my fireplace vent coming loose because when the house was built in 1983, they didn’t use any masonry screws to attach the vent. I called Tony Jr. and the very next day he sent Mike out and they took care of it quickly.I had other quotes, they were the most affordable and using the same quality materials I would have gotten for more money elsewhere.

They made my husband and I life so stress free . If you are paying out of pocket or even through the insurance it makes no difference, they are all willing and able ..They will even meet up with the insurance adjuster to look at your roof …yes they do …..Tony (owner) and his staff , Margaret, Audrey ,Lindsey and the roofers they all was a pleasure to work with . We are so thankful for Elite Roofing! We had a leak pop up on a weekend right before a storm. On Monday morning Mike came by, immediately found the problem, gave us an estimate and despite not being on the schedule...had people here in 3 hours. They responded so quickly and made sure that everything was taken care of. They even called the next day (storm day) to make sure it was no longer leaking. We appreciate the "hometown" feel and the dedication to taking care of their customers. It gives us peace of mind that there are still companies that look out for and take care of their neighbors.

Elite Roofing LLC is true to its name! The word "elite" is defined as "a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society". That definition started with Adam, who came out to give an estimate on repairs/replacement for my 96 year old mom's roof. He wasn't gloom and doom. He presented options/recommendations. She decided to get a new roof. Next was Tony Sr.. He was her low key salesman. He answered both my questions and my mom's. He was patient when asked to clarify information. Enter the Office Manager Margaret. She is kind and caring. From start to finish, when I called Margaret, she never sounded like my calls were interrupting her day. I know she is very busy. Then there is the Office Assistant Audrey. She called to let my mom know the roofers where ready to start the job and suggested to move vehicles before they got there. Good idea. Thank you!The roofing crew were great. When I told the foreman I was going to park my car at my neighbor's the next morning, he told me not to. To go ahead and park it in the garage. Then, when I had to leave, he would have their vehicles move. I'm sorry to say, I didn't get his name.After the work was complete, the manager Mike and his assistant Justin came out to inspect the work. Justine walked the roof to look at the work. I had questions about an area on the roof. All was good. Both men were polite, friendly and helped educate me on what goes on with a new roof.Thank you everyone. Thank you for being so respectful to my mom.

Elite roofing is the best! Don't even think about using anyone else. Very professional, from the senior owner (who helped me pick out the best shingles and color for my house - left to my own it would not have been as good), to office staff, and all workers. My roof was quite large and peaked. They showed up start day with a swarm of at least 10 roofers and hit the ground running. The job was supervised by Marcello and Adam, who were great to work with. They were genuinely interested in my preferences, and we had some changes/ surprises during the job, but they handled it all with professionalism and ease. Highly recommended!

I realized I needed to replace my roof and the skylight. I had a couple friends recommend Elite Roofing and when others at church or the food bank (where I volunteer) ask who I had decided to go with, I said Elite Roofing. All agreed it was an excellent decision. The materials they use are top of the line and professionalism is beyond question at all levels. While I contracted them in January for a March 15 date for installation, they showed up at 7:15 and were finished by 5 PM on March 15th. While it was windy and cold in the morning, they pushed on. They protected my EZ-breeze sunroom panels with sheets of plywood and several windows. All the plantings near the house were covered with tarps. The workman ship was excellent and the whole process was painless. The word "elite" fits this company well. You would not go wrong with Elite Roofing of Aberdeen!

Communication needs to be improved. Replaced roof and went fine. Apparently there was an issue with the flashing around the skylights and had to be redone 3 days later. There was absolutely no communication about the redo ... or even when they were going to start initially. I had 10 ladies at my home when they did the 'redo'. ... material falling all over my CLEAN floor and workers singing. Couldn't hear each other talk. This frustration could have been avoided with one phone call.

From the initial quote until job completion the entire Elite Roofing staff were very professional, courteous and helpful in every aspect. We were impressed with their showroom’s organization, cleanliness and the selection of roofing products available. Elite’s staff explained in detail the quality of the manufacture’s product, how why and where each would be used on our home. We will definitely recommend Elite Roofing to anyone who needs roof repair/replacement or the like.We will post before and after pictures at a later time, our roof was an aging 25+year old 3 tab shingled roof and we decided to go with architectural shingles and the difference in appearance is incredible. Elite called earlier than we had scheduled to re-roof our home which was welcomed, they arrived mid morning and had removed the old shingles replaced with the new architectural and were done before we got home from work. I want to give a major shout out to Elite Roofing! These guys did an amazing job this past fall - very professional crew. Not only were they able to do a complete tear off and install, but also took care of the 18x40 sun room and covered deck addition on the back of the house. They had a massive crew out at my place at 730am on Saturday and was done by 3pm. The knocked out demolition, removal, and installation, and cleanup of at least 5000sq feet with 50 year architectural shingles in a few hours. They covered all the bushes around the house, protected all the windows, and replaced any rotten wood sections they came across. Ask for Tony Jr -- he will definitely take care of you like no one else. From the quote, to installation, to cleanup -- the entire process went way better that I could have imagined and I am truly appreciative for such great work. I normally do not post about local business online and pass info word of mouth -- but these folks were simply just awesome.

The first week of December our 2nd floor gas hot water heater broke, leaking through the attic into our master bedroom and bathroom ceilings. The day prior to that I was exposed to COVID and was symptomatic the next day - the same day as the leak. Of course we could not get anyone to come in until I was cleared from isolation and quarantine. However once that happened Elite Roofing LLC was extremely responsive and adaptive. They willingly flexed their schedule around the plumbing company’s to ensure they were both onsite to coordinate repairs and installation. Tony Jr must have called me close to a dozen times over two days to make sure that everything was properly coordinated and we would have hot water before Christmas. Margaret, their office manager, was totally on top of things as well making sure We were being taken care of. The entire Elite Roofing team has our gratitude, respect and strongest possible endorsement. They were and are simply awesome. Great people make companies great and this is a great company.

Elite Roofing did the EPDM roofing on our home addition to the tune of 6K$ and it was the highest quote but they went with the thickest material in hopes that it will hold up for the 20 years they stated. I chose them because they're licensed with the state of NC, which most roofers aren't.. and they understand all types of roofing. They knew how to transition from our shingle roofing to rubber and even replaced several rows of shingles with new. Tony and Adam addressed the things I asked for after the fact, albeit grumpily. It's a family affair and yes, they were grouchy on the couple times I called and asked someone to come out because my wife had some concerns, but they came out, fixed it, and were honest and didn't try to sell us anything. When I asked if ridge vent was needed, Elite said it wasn't and was fine and up to code for the structure. Elite also went out of their way to help one of our close family friends with a problem with an unlicensed contractor whose work was causing extensive water damage to friend's home due to water infiltration.

I came to Elite Roofing to get the roof replaced on my home. I had been told they were very reliable and unlike most roofers they had a showroom and were licensed and bonded. Then I meet Tony senior, it was at that point I wanted them to replace my roof. COVID-19 complicated the entire process because the plant that manafactures the shingles shut down for two weeks and then reopened at fifty precent strenth. But both Tony junor and Tony senior told me not to worry. The day the crew showed up they had the old roof off in a couple of hours and the new roof was done by 3:30pm. It looks amazing. I also had them install two of the sun tunnel in my living room. I was surprised at just how much light this brought into the room. I highly recommend both the sun tunnels and Elite Roofing.

Ok to work with....minor repairs and replace 2 skylights. Did not finish trimming inside, called, no response. Cannot recommend.
