We wanted skylights installed and found this company through the Velux website. We interviewed two companies and after meeting with Andres and Cristina we knew we'd go with them. Andres was thorough, knowledgeable and confident he could do what we wanted. Cristina had all the information available at her fingertips to answer my questions and showed us many photos of their completed jobs to help us decide on the design for our project. They even came with a sample skylight in their trailer so we could see and feel the quality of the skylights. On installation day, a very cold day in December, the fantastic 6-person crew arrived well before 8am. They hung plastic sheeting from the ceiling to the floor to enclose the work space, laid down protective paper and canvas tarps to protect the floors and used a specialty air filter to protect us and the crew from excess dust. They laid plastic sheeting over our nearby furniture for additional protection. Outside, our roofline is quite steep and I was relieved to see that the person assigned to be up there wore a safety harness. Andres was here all day working and supervising; the guys doing the drywall finish-work were here until quite late so the next day only final sanding and painting of the drywall needed to be done. (Drywall is not easy to do well, and this crew did an excellent job while standing on a tall ladder working above their heads.) They did a terrific job cleaning up afterwards as well. The finished product exceeds all expectations - we couldn't be more pleased. But more importantly, Andres and Cristina / Skylights & Roofing Experts are the kind of people you WANT working on your home; kind, courteous, professional, friendly, competent and experts at their job.

We needed a leak diagnosed and were unsure if it was gutter, roof or skylight. Andres and Cristina came out promptly to inspect. They took photos and found the problem right away. They explained everything clearly and offered me a couple options for solutions in order to give me different price points to work with. We ended up replacing several skylights and were so pleased with the final result. Everything looks great. The crew was very professional and the work seems top notch. The communication was very detailed and Cristina is just lovely to work with. I feel confident that this company really knows their stuff and is providing solid work. I would use them again and I would recommend them!
