Connecticut Skylights

Frank Corrado and his crew is a logistics nightmare. They hired me to transport some skylights to a job site and never got back to me with details. I reached out to him Sunday evening to find out details and he sent me to his main guy Lou who had no clue of any information on this. I called back and text Frank and no response. He then texted me at 6:45am for a job at 7 which still had no details. Very poor communication and dispatching. Thank God I had something lined up just in case. Use caution doing business with these people.

I totally agree with all the 1 stars here. He is extremely slow to getting details about a contract. He hired me to pick up some skylights and avoided giving me details. He sent me to his "main" guy who said he had no clue of what was going on. He then texts me at 6:45am to tell me about a pick up at 7am, in which they still hadn't given me any addresses. Extremely unprofessional and I almost lost business that day.
