Frank came out to look at the existing skylights then disappeared! I called him after he promised a quote would be given and got an excuse about needing to spend an extra day in Vermont then ghosted me without so much as a quote. I guess he doesn't really want the job is all I can figure out. Glad I found this out BEFORE I selected him to do the job...

I called on a Saturday expecting to have the person answering to say something like, Skylight, can I help you." Instead, the person said, 'hello.' Not certain I dialed correctly I asked, "who is this?" The person chose to be a wise guy who said, "well, who's this?" I said, "I'm calling a business, Skylight" He gave me another smart remark and hung up on me. Now, if that's the way they treat people, I would never do business with them. Rude people.

Frank Corrado and his crew is a logistics nightmare. They hired me to transport some skylights to a job site and never got back to me with details. I reached out to him Sunday evening to find out details and he sent me to his main guy Lou who had no clue of any information on this. I called back and text Frank and no response. He then texted me at 6:45am for a job at 7 which still had no details. Very poor communication and dispatching. Thank God I had something lined up just in case. Use caution doing business with these people.

I totally agree with all the 1 stars here. He is extremely slow to getting details about a contract. He hired me to pick up some skylights and avoided giving me details. He sent me to his "main" guy who said he had no clue of what was going on. He then texts me at 6:45am to tell me about a pick up at 7am, in which they still hadn't given me any addresses. Extremely unprofessional and I almost lost business that day.

Frank was initially responsive... and then he "disappeared." He says he'll call "tomorrow," but he doesn't. We had 3 skylights installed, and this has happened repeatedly. His description of the work to be done is not accurate and they left the house a mess.

We had an older, leaking Velux. I called CT Skylights, and Frank responded quickly and thoroughly. He came out, assessed the issue, and ordered and installed a replacement within one week of my call. Very pleased.

Connecticut Skylights...Above and beyond!Frank Corrado of CT Skylights is a knowledgeable professional from beginning to end of a roofing project and even goes above and beyond the scope of work! He identified many issues that I had with my leaky low pitch large roof and incorrect skylights & installation of those said skylights by other roofers. He knew exactly what I needed for a new roof and framing & installation for 3 skylights. His impressive crew had to level my roof out (which I had no idea it wasn't level!) in various areas to accommodate the rolled roofing product I was going with to prevent any & all leaking. His contract was very detailed and I was impressed with his availability to answer many of my questions.Because of the interior damage that I incurred, I put a claim in to my home insurance company. What also sets Frank apart from other contractors is his experience with Insurance Claims and offered to speak on my behalf with the claim Adjuster so I didn't have to be the "go-between". He knew I had structural issues and communicated that effectively with the Adjuster. His pricing is very reasonable and he didn't try to upcharge me on anything that I did not agree to or didn't need. Despite his very busy schedule, he still came out every day to monitor the progress of my roof and his crew, who were very friendly and also professional. I very highly recommend Frank for your next roofing project, commercial or residential, and especially if you have a flat or low-pitch roof with or without skylights.

I recently worked with Connecticut Skylights. They were professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, provided me with a thorough assessment and written contract, and completed the project efficiently and on time. I highly recommend them for any skylight or roofing projects.
