We have a rather complicated skylight and nobody wanted to address our problem of a broken seal in one panel resulting in condensation. Ricardo and Santos from Enhanced Openings addressed the issue, gave a precise explanation of what was involved and proceeded to replace the affected skylight and resolve the problem. They were polite, very professional, and left the skylight spotless. Kudos to them and their team…

Installers Dan, John and Matt were great. They were friendly, yet professional. I was impressed by how well they cleaned and tidied as they worked the project. They did two projects. #1 - A large window was replaced with a slider, which meant taking out the lower portion of a wall. This required relocation of the electrical outlet so that we did not lose any function in the room. #2 - installation of a Phantom Screen on our front door. Now I can leave the front door open for ventilation and extra light in a way that is aesthetically pleasing - such a clean look! I would absolutely have them back if we ever need more work done. A great result and we are very pleased!

We had a 3 section sliding exterior door installed by Enhanced openings today. Dan, John and Guillermo were extremely professional with an eye for details I haven’t seen in the construction industry in years. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and performs exactly as advertised if not better. I highly recommend this company and their products and hope all of their crews are the craftsman we had!

I started looking to replace 2 windows in my home with Pella windows some time back. Having had both PELLA and ANDERSON windows in my home I feel like PELLA is WITHOUT question the BEST. That is when I came in contact with SHARON from ENHANCE WINDOWS. She was PATIENT and did not seem to mind all the QUESTIONS that I had about the process of replacing windows. She was just wonderful and because of an accident that I had; I had to postpone the process. I did however take the phone number with the intent of getting this job done. Sharon called every other month to see if I wanted to get an estimate but the reason for the call this time was to let me know that if I was ready, they were having a 50%off of installation and no sales tax on the project. The appointment was set. Next came NICK he went through the process explaining everything about PELLA, and the company he is working for ENHANCED WINDOWS. I was very comfortable with this young man and the way he spoke about the company that he's working for was delightful to hear. The best part is I could tell he meant every word about ENHANCED. He talked with pride about the people he worked with. The difference in my choosing at this time to commit to the replacement was because of these 2 people. THANK YOU, Sharon, and NICK Stay Tuned, REPLACEMENT coming probably sometime in NOVEMBER will write a review after INSTALLATION and let you know what kind of Job (GENTRY) does. I do however, trust that, whether it is GENTRY or DANIEL that installs it will be perfection.

Our security screen door is a great design, function, and appearance. Had an issue with a defective locking mechanism that needed replaced just prior to one year after installation. Gentry was dispatched to repair the lock and showed up prepared with all necessary parts and product expertise to get it fixed and working better than new again. In one trip. Impressed and appreciated.

We placed our custom order on December 4, 2024. It was "officially" completed May 23, 2025. HOA approval had to be completed before work could start. General Manager Jef Herndon created a work of art, as far as we are concerned. All of his workers were fabulous. They called us everyday they worked here and were prompt and on time. Dan was especially helpful solving any problems that occurred. Yup, he scratched he few times, but always come back with solutions. We cannot express how totally satisfied we are with the work performed by Enhance Openings. We'd give a 99.99% rating, cuz NOBODY is PERFECT.

As much as we enjoy our house here at Saddlebrook Ranch, there were areas of low lighting no matter what time of day. We contacted Enhanced Openings, and their sales representative was receptive to our needs, although we were initially considering a skylight. He showed us how solar tubes would be more practical and give us more options to increase our interior lighting. I cannot express how much difference these solar tubes have made in our home. Great company that really knows their stuff! Jef gave us invaluable advice that demonstrated he had the experience we needed to purchase and install several custom sliding doors, windows, and a sixteen foot-long folding custom kitchen window. He recommended the best brands and we are very glad we followed his advice. The team (Ricardo and Dan especially) show up on time, work hard, communicate, and are clearly experts in handling all different types of installations. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant! We are very happy we went with Enhance for our new custom remodel!

The sales person Abraham came on time and was very professional, however he pressured us into signing a contract that day or else we'd lose the 0% interest promotion. We regretted not getting other quotes as our windows were very expensive and after digging deeper on the internet I found some terrible reviews. They only give you 3 days to cancel the contract which he never mentioned so we were stuck. It took 14 or 15 weeks before I finally got the call they were ready to install. The installation gentlemen were Brandon and Mike, they very professional, courteous, punctual, efficient, and answered all my questions and concerns. They did 9 windows, some very large, in 2 days as expected. They moved furniture and returned everything back to it's place. They took care to cover most of my stuff to protect it from the dust but they didn't cover my brand new furniture in the back yard and dust was everywhere. They cleaned up their mess except I found 2 very large nails and a couple small pieces of glass in my sink, one nail was in my garbage disposal. Also one of my shades that goes to a semi circle window was discarded. It was not one of my expensive blinds but still was not expecting it to have been thrown out. They took care to put all my blinds back. There was one frame that came damaged but didn't affect the function. He let me know he already called the company about it and per the warranty it will be replaced at some point. I appreciated him taking care of that. I have been in contact with Eddie who has updated me on the progress of replacing the damaged window which I appreciate. One problem was when it came time to process the sale of the windows after installation, apparently my credit was approved incorrectly at the time of sale. The company was kind enough to knock a couple thousand off if I paid the rest off directly with them. They also gave me other options for payment since the bank was being difficult. All in all i am pleased with the windows, they are beautiful and installation went well. I can already tell my AC is not running as much as it did before. But I will get quotes from other companies before deciding to replace the upstairs windows. The sales tactics and steep costs are why I'm not giving this 5 stars.Update: The day after I posted the review I was contacted by the company and they offered to replace my shade for the semi circle window. They also gave me a contact of someone they know personally who can give me a quote for replacing all my blinds as I mentioned to him most of them were falling apart anyways. I very much appreciated this courtesy.

Allen and Mike installed our sky tubes with lights. They were very courteous and professional. I absolutely love the sky tubes. One sky tube was installed in a small renovated bathroom that had no windows. The natural light brightened the entire room.

Super pleased with the work that Chris and Mike did at our house. Replaced picture window in front room and it makes a world of difference for our view. They also installed 4 solar tunnels that light up the rooms where they were installed. Huge difference. Chris and Mike did a fantastic, respectful job answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They were really family-friendly, as well. Very pleased with the work that was done!

Brian and John did a fantastic job with our window & skylight installation. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a day when we were advised it might take a day and a half. They cleaned up everything well and explained the window operation clearly. Would definitely welcome them back if we do further work.After a year I would change my rating to 3 stars. Nothing about the installers, but the windows aren't up to par. when we raise the lower window the top section drops down an then when closing the window won't latch. We have to unlatch the bottom to lift up the top to it's original position. Happens every time and becoming harder to lift up top portion. Expected more at this price and shouldn't happen 6 months after installation.

I received OUTSTANDING service from Enhance Openings concerning the repair to my skylight that they had installed in Feb. 2016. I called on Wednesday 7/13/22 and my repairman Gentry came on Saturday 7/16/22. He did a very timely, HIGH QUALITY repair on Saturday at NO Charge. Gentry was very professional, showed me pictures of what he did and also did a great job explaining the repair he performed to me. I have high confidence my skylight will continue to function for a long, long time. It is an Exceptional Joy these days to work with a company and employee like Enhance Openings and Gentry that are responsive, stand behind their work, are focused on doing a quality job and having satisfied customers. I am VERY SATISFIED and will definitely be contacting Enhance Opening if I have future needs for Window, Door or Skylights.

Enhance Openings did a great job replacing existing older dome skylights with new energy efficient Velux skylights. The installers were professional and careful to not cause any damage or mess in our home. After efficiently replacing six skylights and helping with solar power shade setup, all works great and what a terrific upgrade these new skylights have proven to be. Not even a single piece of debris left inside or out when the installers completed their work.

Replaced a plastic skylight that did not open with one that opens to our master bathroom that does not have any windows. Enhanced Openings delivered and installed the skylight within a much shorter time frame than originally projected. Gentry and Robert were the installers. They were able to answer all our questions and they were very personable and professional. The skylight was very expensive but we trust the quality and don't anticipate ever having to replace it.

Enhanced Openings installed three sun tunnels for us. They bring in so much natural light and have greatly improved areas of our house that were previously very dark. Our house presented some challenges for installation due to shortcuts that were made during a remodel a few decades ago. Dan and Christian were very professional in assessing/troubleshooting those issues and throughout the entire installation.

The Slider is great. Been a year and works smoothly. My rotty slammed into it at a full run, bent the screen but stayed in tack. Company replaced it immediately. Warrantee is lifetime so well worth the money. Getting a front door screen next.2nd review ordered multiple window frames in June of 2023. Came without the proper trim pieces and without any way to modify themIt was just resolved by Dan at Enhance Openings which required custom alterations on site.It took nine months fro Titan to send the correct type trim which had to be cut down to the right size by Dan who did his usual excellent job.The process should not have taken nine months, it should not have required custom alterations by Enhance (Dan) to complete this job.

Replaced 2 extra large patio sliders & a skylight through Enhance. Jef was especially great to work with, helping me design a set of doors that worked great for my space and my budget. Delivery happened on time, even with all the crazy Covid-19 stuff going on.As a side note: During a conversation with Jef in the buying process I misunderstood that the skylight I purchased would be controllable via Wi-Fi out of the box. To make things right, Eddie at Enhance purchased the Wi-Fi adapter for me. This was given to me free of charge, and the entire process happened after I had made my final payment. Really impressed by their commitment to make their customers happy.
